Refund policy
You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to alert us of any problems. This includes the wrong color, wrong item, missing item, as well as electronics that are not working and what-not. We never send out a bad product on purpose (hence all the faulty item sales we have) however mistakes do happen, but we're quick to fix it. If you do not contact us within 2 weeks there's nothing we can do at that point to fix your problem without charge to you. We do not do refunds, and all sales are final. Please keep this in mind before you order.
We will not accept the return or refund request on a project because a customer decides they want a different color or style, etc. If there is an actual defect on our part, it can be returned and replaced without cost within the allotted time frame of 2 weeks. Projects that have been well worn, abused, and/or purposefully destroyed will not be accepted for replacement. Said projects will be shipped back. If you purchase something from us that was labeled as faulty and sold at a discount, this does not apply. There are no refunds or replacements given.
If you get your product and it is WAY off the color you requested and you did provide a sample, we will exchange it for a new product of the correct color. (Or at least as close as we can really get) if your sample can be a physical object you can also send that to us as well and we will return it with the product. This must be done within 2 weeks of receiving. For all issues where there was a mistake on our end, we do offer reimbursement of shipping to get the item to us, once it has been returned.
We do not offer refunds based on sizes; most, if not all items provide measurements, and it is your job to make sure those measurements are appropriate for your project. If you need other measurements, you're always free to ask us before you order, so you can double check.
